The interagency agreement includes roles and responsibilies of each party, including which entity is financially responsible throughout the provision of transition services. This information is summarized in the “CDE/DVR Cooperative Services Handbook for Youth in Transition”, which is broadly distributed annually to each partner and families of students with disabilities.
