A) State policies or guidance for the statewide workforce development system and for use of State funds for workforce investment activities
Arizona’s administrative policies are posted on the DES website. These include policies on the ARIZONA@WORK System, Local Governance, Service Integration, and ARIZONA@WORK Job Center Certification. The Local Governance Policy has been revised to be WIOA compliant. The Council has approved seven policies regarding WIOA implementation. These policies can be found on the Council webpage. Draft regulations and TEGLs provide guidance for the use of State funds for workforce investment activities.
