Current Narrative:

AELEL shall use no less than 82.5% of the grant funds to award grants/contracts/program agreements under section 231 and 225, of which not more that 20% shall be available to carry out section 225. Not more than 12.5% fo the grant funds shall be used to carry out State Leadership activities under section 223. Not more than 5%, or $85,000 - whichever is greater - of the grant funds shall be used for administrative expenses.
