Current Narrative:
Since the 1950s, the Delta (Eastern Arkansas) and South Arkansas have experienced a consistent loss of both jobs and population. As a result, person’s receiving VR services often experience greater difficulty finding full-time employment in rural communities. However, ARS’ strategies are designed to address this impediment.
