Current Narrative:
ARS is the lead agency for Arkansas’ Assistive Technology Act of 1998 program, Increasing Capabilities Access Network (ICAN). ARS counselors as well as ICAN and Alternative Financing Program (AFP) staff are informed of the various services available through each program.
