Current Narrative:

LRS has created new layouts in the AWARE case management system for staff to better track and update cases that are in the denominator of certain performance indicators.  Training has been provided to field staff statewide on the use of these layouts.  Reports have been presented to field staff of regional performance to determine areas of better compliance with expectations.  Areas of low compliance have been identified and field staff have been notified.  LRS has agreements with the Louisiana Unemployment Insurance program and State Wage Interchange System(SWIS) for the receipt of wages on closed cases for reporting on second quarter after exit, median earnings for second quarter after exit and fourth quarter after exit.
