e. 6. C. Data Assessment
Review the previous four years Wagner-Peyser data reports on performance. Note whether the State has been meeting its goals to provide MSFWs quantitatively proportionate services as compared to non-MSFWs. If it has not met these goals, explain why the State believes such goals were not met and how the State intends to improve its provision of services in order to meet such goals.
Current Narrative:

Alabama has historically met the WP performance goals to provide adequate and fair services to MSFW compared to services for non–MSFWs.
The past years of WP data (since the previous Full WIOA State Combined Plan was developed) reports indicates that Alabama has met all equity service level indications. The ASES is also required to meet the minimum service level indicators of compliance which are established to ensure that MSFWs receive equitable employment services. This has happened and is documented.
The ASES has taken an active role to ensure compliance in tracking services to MSFWs as well as all job seekers. The ASES has trained staff and Career Center partners on the use of AlabamaWorks! and has created comprehensive tools to address MSFW service delivery and reporting issues quickly and uniformly.
