VRBS moved case management systems on 7-1-21, and with the new case management system, has greater visibility and reliability into the data calculations in this measure. Concentrated efforts are being made within VRBS to both 1) ensure the post-exit data remains accurate and 2) focus on high-quality and lasting employment outcomes when exiting our participants
