Current Narrative:

The U.S DOL determines how counties are distributed based on information obtained from the Bureau of Census report which is then transposed into the Equitable Distribution report for each county.  The State of West Virginia SCSEP Grantee has no authority to move national grantee positions within the state; however, constant contact is maintained with the National. Conversations and recommendations to alleviate variances will continue to be discussed within the statewide SCSEP Network.
