Current Narrative:
The state of Colorado is pleased to submit this combined state plan to guide the work of our talent development network for the next four years. The data contained in this document highlight the areas we must focus on to ensure a prosperous economy and prosperity for all Coloradans. The goals and strategies discussed emphasize the importance of collaboration between myriad programs in order to provide the best possible focus on and service to our customers. As you examine these ideas and engage with the document, consider how you as an individual; your company, agency, organization, or institution; or your local community can partner with us in this work. Together, Colorado can achieve these goals and transform our workforce. In isolation, we will fall short.
