Current Narrative:
DVR has remained in a baseline period of performance for all performance measures under Section 116 of WIOA through PY19. DVR negotiated a performance target for the measurable skill gain measure beginning with PY20, and is prepared to negotiate targets for all measures beginning in PY22.
During this baseline period, DVR has been working to refine data collection and reporting to ensure accurate data is available to meet performance reporting requirements.
