Current Narrative:
The WV SCSEP Network will continue to partner with the WV Division of Corrections and Rehabilitation and with entities whose target audience are the formerly incarcerated population. Entities that provide transitional housing will continue to provide referrals to the SCSEP program. The WV SCSEP Network will continue to provide outreach materials to case managers and parole officers so they are aware of the program’s mission. Table 20-SCSEP shows the formerly incarcerated release in each county of all ranges. Table 21-SCSEP further narrows down the data to illustrate formerly incarcerated individuals of the SCSEP target audience.
