Current Narrative:
Colorado's policy in PGL TAA-2020-01, change 1: TAA Co-enrollment requires 100% co-enrollment between TAA and WIOA Dislocated Worker. This policy was disseminated to the local areas and partners when it was released and is stored on a public website that all local areas and partners can access. The CDLE workforce programs monitoring team also monitors files in the local areas to ensure the policy is being followed and all participants are co-enrolled. An on-demand report from the state’s workforce data system is available to state and local staff to allow tracking of co-enrolled TAA participants. Co-enrollment is covered in all regularly scheduled TAA training and technical assistance sessions available to TAA counselors and partners.
