Current Narrative:
The CSNA did not identify significant gaps in access to VR services for individuals served by other components of the statewide workforce development system. Across the state, particularly with workforce centers, cross training efforts, collocations, and established referral processes have supported more effective service delivery across programs. Co-enrollment numbers demonstrate ongoing opportunity to ensure individuals are connected with multiple programs when appropriate, as well as effective coordination and documentation when individuals are co-enrolled. Lastly, the identification of individuals with Limited English Proficiency as a minority group who is underserved, would suggest an opportunity to strengthen partnership with Adult Education and Family Literacy programs.
