e. 4. E. Coordinating outreach efforts with NFJP grantees as well as with public and private community service agencies and MSFW groups
Current Narrative:
During this AOP period, the SMA modified its MOU with the LWC NFJP provider MET, Inc to specify meeting dates, locations, and times. The Outreach worker traveled with the SMA and made face to face contact with the state NFJP coordinator as well as the NFJP outreach representative. Quarterly meetings are conducted to discuss identification and registration of MSFWs to include referrals for services. In addition, training is provided on the ES complaint system.
Other quarterly meetings are schedule and the outreach worker is required to represent the LWC. Some of the community service agencies are Catholic Charities, and the Louisiana Refugee Advisory Council.
